Requirements

Current and active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License in the state of Minnesota.
Current certification in the administration of Nitrous Oxide and Local Anesthesia (Local Anesthesia Certification).
Proficiency or eagerness to train on high-tech clinical tools and digital workflow.
Commitment to high clinical standards and collaborative patient care.
Ability to provide compassionate, high-quality direct patient care.

Job Description

Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based hygiene treatment, including scaling, root planing, and utilizing air polishing techniques.
Perform thorough patient assessments, including taking and analyzing digital radiographs (e.g., Schick sensors, CBCT scans) and other diagnostic data (e.g., Diagnodent).
Collaborate with healthcare professionals (doctors) to co-plan and present comprehensive treatment plans, emphasizing total-body wellness.
Utilize advanced dental technology daily, including digital scanners, The Wand single-tooth anesthesia system, Piezo, and CEREC.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and high clinical standards while using fully customizable hygiene kits and sharp instruments.
Provide effective patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and the importance of professional maintenance.
Stay current with dental standards and continually increase knowledge and skills through self-study and Continuing Education (CE).

Shift & Schedule

Core Operating Hours (M-Th): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (or 2:00 PM)
Standard Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Optional Work Day: Friday.
Exclusions: No weekend shifts.
