Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) care is needed for a temporary assignment at a post-acute care facility in Stockton, California. The position offers a full-time schedule on dayshift hours, starting as soon as possible. The role focuses on providing comprehensive therapy services to patients in a high-quality care environment.
Job Details:
- Location: Stockton, California
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist license in California, minimum of 2.0 years of experience in SNF settings, and current certification as a Physical Therapist.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities and familiarity with post-acute care protocols.
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Additional Information: This position requires starting as soon as possible. A 14-day cancellation notice applies. The assignment duration and specific responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.
