What You'll Do:

• Collect and prepare blood samples using skin puncture and venipuncture techniques
• Verify patient information and label specimens accurately
• Enter patient and specimen data into laboratory information systems
• Assist technologists and pathologists with laboratory testing procedures
• Maintain sterile supplies and ensure all instruments are properly sanitized
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
• Support laboratory quality standards through record keeping and equipment maintenance

What You Need:

• Valid Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) license/certification
• Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow strict safety and quality standards

• Experience working in a hospital or diagnostic lab environment
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems
