Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring accurate and personalized treatment strategies.

  • Develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients, reflecting their unique goals, preferences, and requirements. Plans may include evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, self-care practices, and the spectrum of available treatment alternatives.

  • Monitor and track client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness and positive outcomes.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create integrated care solutions for clients.

  • Stay informed about emerging research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

  • The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000 , commensurate with qualifications and experience.
