Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is a growing behavioral health organization providing psychiatric and counseling services in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Led by Dr. Parikshit Deshmukh, we focus on compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting provider growth. Salary ranges from $70,000-$80,000 Up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential 401(k) with match Malpractice covered PTO: 10–20 days + 6 paid holidays What You’ll Do Provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings Conduct assessments and support care planning Collaborate with psychiatric providers Schedule Monday–Friday, daytime hours On-site (non-remote) Job Requirements What We’re Looking For Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor LPC in State applying for.
