Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Long Term Care

SMP Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South . In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and support residents in achieving their highest level of health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the provider
• Perform resident assessments and contribute to care planning
• Document resident care in the electronic medical record
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as assigned
• Support and assist CNAs in delivering quality resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and care team members
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Follow nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Dakota
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Comfortable using electronic medical record systems

Pay & Benefits

$29.00 - $33.00 per hour

Plus shift differentials:

• $3.00/hour PM shift differential
• $4.00/hour NOC shift differential

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Day, evening, and night shifts available
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
