Work mode: On-site
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or call
• Average 5 patients per day
• Strong autonomy with full support staff
• Established outpatient practice
• $60,000–$75,000 salary
• $1,000 monthly health insurance stipend
• 100% employer-paid dental and vision insurance

• Up to 3 weeks PTO
• 9 paid holidays
• CME allowance plus paid CME days
• $100,000 life insurance
• Employer-paid short- and long-term disability
• Student loan repayment eligibility REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Active Pennsylvania LPC license
• Comfortable providing psychotherapy for mental health and substance use disorders
• Experience treating patients of all ages
• Collaborative, patient-centered approach
