We are hiring for a growing technology-driven organization in Utah County, UT that is looking for an IT Support Specialist to assist with a large-scale laptop refresh initiative.

This is a 3 to 4-month onsite contract opportunity supporting the deployment and replacement of employee laptops across the organization. The environment and deployment processes are already established, so the focus of this position will be on executing device swaps, maintaining accurate asset records, and providing a positive experience for end users.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inventory, and track new computer equipment
• Maintain accurate asset management and inventory records
• Coordinate laptop deployments directly with end users
• Assist employees with device swaps, initial login, and basic setup
• Collect, document, and track returned equipment
• Follow established deployment procedures and documentation
• Provide professional, customer-focused support throughout the refresh process

What We're Looking For:

• Previous IT support, desktop support, or technical support experience
• Experience with laptop/desktop refresh projects or hardware deployments
• Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working xhyhwjd directly with end users
• Ability to work effectively in a project-driven environment with repetitive deployment tasks

Experience supporting a large-scale laptop refresh or hardware rollout is highly preferred.
