Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 / Annually

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide day-to-day human resources support across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, payroll and benefits, performance management, and compliance. This individual will work closely with employees, managers, and leadership while maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive information with discretion.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, workplace questions, employee concerns, and general HR matters.
• Support employee relations, including gathering information, documenting cases, assisting with resolutions, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Partner with managers on recruiting and hiring needs, coordinating job postings, candidate communications, interviews, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including employment paperwork, orientation, training, benefits information, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records, ensuring employee data and documentation are current, organized, and compliant with internal procedures.
• Assist with benefits administration, performance management, employee development, engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, employment documentation, audit materials, and required records while supporting compliance with applicable employment regulations.
• Contribute to HR policies and procedures, workforce planning, organizational changes, audits, and other HR initiatives.

 

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience working in an HR Generalist capacity.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Working knowledge of employee relations practices, HR procedures, and applicable employment regulations.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Background supporting payroll and employee benefits administration.
• Experience assisting with employee relations investigations and performance management activities.
• Familiarity with federal and state employment requirements.
• Experience working in a growing organization or environment supporting multiple locations is preferred.
