Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our woodshop manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in with different tools and machinery. This opportunity has the potential for advancement.

Duties:
- Assist with general shop operations which include sawing, gluing, ripping, sanding, molding, etc...

- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently

- Forklift operations, training can be provided

Requirements:
- Previous woodworking experience preferred but will train the right candidates
- Proficient in using power tools and equipment
- Knowledge of trim carpentry and ability to use a tape measure, a plus
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
