Company Overview B2 Medical designs, builds, and delivers modular medical imaging units for healthcare providers, imaging groups, OEM partners, and medical equipment vendors across the country. Our projects include MRI, CT, PET/CT, and other advanced imaging environments that require coordination between healthcare clients, engineering teams, manufacturers, OEMs, vendors, and installation crews. We are a fast‑growing, hands‑on company focused on delivering high‑quality turnkey imaging solutions with strong communication and execution throughout the process. Project Manager B2 Medical is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee projects from post‑sale handoff through final delivery and go‑live readiness. This role serves as the central point of coordination between clients, sales teams, OEM project managers, vendors, internal production/design teams, and leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑moving environments, communicates clearly, follows through consistently, and can keep multiple projects progressing simultaneously. This is a hands‑on coordination and execution role where attention to detail and strong communication are critical. Responsibilities Manage active projects from kickoff through final delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, OEM partners, and internal teams Maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and action items Coordinate site planning information, including utilities, pad/site readiness, modality requirements, and target go‑live dates Collect and organize customer, OEM, and vendor documentation, drawings, and specifications Coordinate with engineering/design teams on permitting, system siting, and customer‑specific requests Monitor vendor lead times, deliveries, and outstanding items Coordinate project activities during system installation and delivery Track final delivery readiness and installation scheduling Identify risks early and escalate issues when necessary Maintain accurate project data and updates within project management systems Lead or support project update meetings with clients and internal teams Ensure projects stay organized and nothing falls through the cracks Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, construction coordination, manufacturing coordination, medical equipment, modular construction, or related industries preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working with vendors, contractors, OEMs, or healthcare clients is a plus Comfortable reading and understanding basic site plans, construction documents, or equipment requirements Strong computer and project management software skills Self‑starter with strong follow‑up and problem‑solving abilities Comfortable working in a growing, fast‑paced company environment Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate takes ownership, communicates effectively, and keeps projects moving forward without constant oversight. They do not need to be an engineer but should be comfortable understanding technical project information, asking the right questions, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
