The right candidate will value teamwork and clear communication, have excellent attention to detail, adapt well to learning new technology, and provide top tier customer service and patient care. What You’ll Do: Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Capturing imaging and diagnostic testing, acquiring vision acuity, documenting medical history and concerns Training first time contact lens wearers on proper use and care, maintaining contact lens trial inventory Providing support to providers and other departments on an as needed basis. What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of experience in customer service (optometric experience preferred but not required!)
