IAM Specialist

What You’ll Do The Identity and Access Management Specialist serves as the guardian of staff identity and access, ensuring protection of critical and confidential information. Responsible for account lifecycle management, auditing, testing, and optimization of Identity Governance and Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC). Collaborate with application teams to support deployment of new applications, contribute to workflow development, system configuration, and documentation. Ensure compliance by communicating policies and procedures to end users, leadership, and peers. Provide guidance on security best practices based on minimum necessary standards, lead small to medium‑scale projects, work independently while supporting team and organizational goals, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field. 2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below. 1 year relevant work experience. Software experience: Active Directory, Microsoft O365, ServiceNow, or Identity and Access Management applications. Preferred: Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), Microsoft Outlook or Azure, or other IAM tools. Benefits Health, vision, dental insurance. Retirement with employer match.
