Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Description Job Description Construction Superintendent Duties: Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish on projects ranging from $1-$30 million. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure compliance Perform quantity takeoffs and placing orders for materials to be used on site Monitor construction schedule and project progress to ensure work is completed on time and within budget Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations Collaborate with project team members to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project execution Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders Qualifications: Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role with a General Contractor Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and construction plans and specifications Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of quality control standards Familiarity with the operation of common construction equipment Ability to stand for several hours at a time and to walk in varying climate conditions and on uneven ground Capacity to physically lift 50 lbs.
