Lead Dental Assistants

Lead General Dental Assistant Locations: Henderson & Southern Las Vegas Area This role requires regular travel between multiple office locations; candidates must be comfortable commuting between sites as needed. Absolute Dental is seeking an experienced Lead General Dental Assistant to join our growing team! If you’re a strong leader with a passion for patient care and team development, this is your opportunity to step into a leadership role and make a real impact. Women-led, equal opportunity employer Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunities for career growth and advancement Modern offices with up-to-date technology Strong commitment to patient care and community impact What You’ll Do As a Lead Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in both patient care and team leadership: Lead and support the dental assisting team Assist the dentist during procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, etc.) Ensure smooth daily back-office operations Train and mentor new dental assistants Maintain clinical efficiency and high standards of care Oversee sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance Take and process dental X-rays Manage supplies and inventory What We’re Looking For 2+ years of Dental Assistant experience (lead experience preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Monthly bonus opportunities + $750 Sign-On Bonus Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Discounted dental care for you and your family 401(k) with company participation Paid time off and holidays Ready to Lead?
