Commercial Auto Liability Claims Supervisor

Managing a high-performing team, the fully remote Commercial Auto Liability Claims Supervisor will oversee complex nationwide claims, mentor adjusters, and drive exceptional outcomes while ensuring adherence to best practices. Key responsibilities Supervise and motivate a liability claims team to deliver high-quality service across various caseloads Guide the claims team in accordance with best practices and manage workloads for optimal efficiency Lead the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled At least 8 years of prior leadership experience Extensive knowledge of complex Commercial Auto Liability claims
