Data Analyst - Remote Monitoring Operations

Dynamiq Automation Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to support our 24/7 remote monitoring operations. This position focuses on analyzing alarms, temperature trends, equipment performance, and operational data across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with technology, and capable of identifying patterns that help improve system reliability and operational performance. Responsibilities Monitor facility performance through Dynamiq’s remote monitoring platform. Analyze alarms, temperature trends, and operational data. Identify abnormal system behavior and elevate issues when necessary. Generate reports and performance summaries. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis. Maintain accurate records of events and operational observations. Collaborate with technicians, project managers, and customers as needed. Qualifications Strong computer and technology skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience analyzing data and identifying trends. Excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple facilities and monitoring tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience with data analytics platforms. Experience in facilities monitoring, HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial systems. Familiarity with alarm management and remote monitoring systems.
