• Shifts needed to be filled: Full-Time Coverage

• Patient Volume: 25 Patients Per Day (Physician)

• % of Practice: 100% Outpatient Primary Care

• Physician in Practice: Multidisciplinary Primary Care Team

• Support Staff: Multidisciplinary Community Health Center Staff

Responsibilities

Chronic disease management
Family medicine
Community health, and health maintenance
Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
Medication management
Ordering/interpreting laboratory
Diagnostic studies, referrals, preventive medicine
Behavioral health integration
Patient education, and healthcare maintenance
Bilingual candidates preferred
Providers may be assigned to any of three clinic locations within the Richmond, VA area based on operational needs

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

ECFMG Certificate Required (if foreign medical graduate)
