All services are provided according to the needs and preferences of adult geriatric individuals, taking into account age and diagnoses-specific issues. This position is also responsible for coordinating the performance improvement services of the Program.Minimum Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree or higher in healthcare administration or related field required.* Supervisory experience required.* Experience administering aspects of a long-range behavioral healthcare program required.* Licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator by Virginia Department of Health Professionsrequired.Additional Considerations* Strongly prefer advanced or master’s degree in behavioral health field. * Strongly prefer experience administrating or supervising inpatient mental health program or major component of program.
