Physical Therapist Assistant - Watsonville, CA Location: Watsonville,CA 95076 Setting: SkilledNursing Facility (SNF) Employment Type: Permanent Compensation: $48- $55 per hour About the Opportunity We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join asupportive skilled nursing facility (SNF) rehabilitation team in Watsonville,CA. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you willcarry out individualized treatment plans and help patients progress towardmeaningful functional goals. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist. Provide therapeutic exercise, gait, balance, mobility, and functional training. Monitor patient response and communicate progress to the Physical Therapist. Educate patients and caregivers within the established plan of care. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with the rehabilitation and interdisciplinary care team. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Active CA PTA license in good standing, oreligibility for licensures. Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the employer. Strong communication, documentation, teamwork, and patient-care skills. Experience in the applicable setting preferred. Why Consider This Opportunity?
