Line Cook

This job post is specifically for cooks who have experience working with live fire on a wood-fired brick oven and grill stations.
Zuni Cafe is looking for a passionate cook who is inspired by local and seasonal produce and excited by daily changing menus. Objective requirements:

• Ability to work a mixture of lunch and dinner shifts Tuesday-Sunday, 5 shifts/ week
• 2-3+ years experience as a line cook in excellent establishments
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Position benefits and compensation:

• $21-23 or more per hour or D.O.E.
• Tip pool sharing of approximately $6-9/ hour
• Approximately 38-42 hours/ week
