Bierman Autism Centers

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to deliver life-changing ABA therapy to children aged 2–12 with autism or developmental delays. The role is non-exempt, full‑time, on-site in New Jersey, with structured 40-hour weeks and comprehensive benefits. You will conduct 1:1 therapy, collect data, collaborate with BCBA, and pursue BCBA pathways eventual leadership roles.
