The hourly wage for this position is $20 – $33 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure that clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
