Your Role on the Team Position Summary: Provides advanced technical expertise in the most complex technical areas in a major division of the lab. Develops procedures and test criteria, collects and extrapolates data, assists in lab research and design efforts, and oversees quality assurance and performance improvement activities in a specialized area of the lab. Instructs other lab personnel in new procedures, participates in teaching and serves as a technical resource for the division.
