Trauma-Informed Family Support Coach for Young Moms
New Moms
New Moms is seeking a Family Support Coach to deliver home- and community-based services for young moms in Chicago. You’ll use Parents as Teachers to coach, manage cases, and run group programming with the team, including Doulas and staff. The role involves traveling to homes in Chicago and surrounding areas. The position emphasizes trauma-informed practice, equity, and strong documentation.
