Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean all dirty tables as soon as guests leave
- Ensure tables are set & re-set according to specification every time
- Maintain floor, patio and restroom cleanliness
- Assist with seating guests and running food as required
- Maintain dining room & patio cleanliness before/during/end of shift
- Put up all dining room chairs & assist in breaking down patio at end of shift
