Job Description In the assigned Job Role of Platform Administration Principal Consultant, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates Your contribution to the team: Demonstration of strategic mindset for delivering impactful, client‑aligned projects Problem‑solving expertise and ability to steer project economics and delivery Strong relationship with mid and senior level client stakeholders Strong leadership abilities to foster team performance and growth Commitment to cultivating a culture of learning and innovation Required Skill and Experience Architecture and administration experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services Define and implement enterprise platform architecture for cloud, data, integration, and analytics platforms Experience with platform automation, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of cloud security, networking, and identity management Lead and mentor platform administrators and engineers across multiple technology stacks Manage platform operations, incident management, and change governance Collaborate with enterprise architects, development teams, and business stakeholders Define and implement enterprise platform architecture for cloud, data, integration, and analytics platforms. Design scalable, resilient, and secure platform solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Establish best practices for platform architecture, governance, and security. Lead technology roadmap and platform modernization initiatives. Implement network architecture, identity management, security frameworks, and cost optimization strategies. Proven experience as Platform Architect / Solution Architect Technical leadership and stakeholder management Ability to lead multi‑technology platform teams Establish platform monitoring, observability, and automated alerting frameworks. Drive automation through Infrastructure‑as‑Code, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Implement capacity planning, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies. Deliver platform health metrics, risk assessments, and operational reports. Preferred Skill and Experience Experience in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms Certifications in cloud architecture (Azure/AWS) preferred Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks ITIL knowledge for service management and operations governance Hands‑on knowledge of Databricks Integration technologies including Informatica and Oracle WebLogic Server BI platforms such as Microsoft Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects Oversee administration and architecture of BI platforms including Microsoft Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects Define architecture for data visualization, semantic layers, and reporting frameworks Optimize performance, security, and scalability of reporting platforms Ensure adherence to SLA, compliance, and operational standards Provide architectural oversight and administration for integration platforms such as Informatica and Oracle WebLogic Server. Ensure robust ETL pipelines, middleware stability, and integration performance optimization.
