Field Service Technician 2

Job Title Road Mechanic Description Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of equipment to minimize downtime. Work with Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools and equipment, large‑scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems and oil/gas related equipment as applicable. Key Responsibilities Provide preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible. Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems. Use mechanic's tools of trade; may need to provide own. Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment. Support a range of equipment models, including diesel, heavy construction and specialty line equipment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desirable. 3‑5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty line equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas) strongly preferred. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (21 years of age & CDL may be required at some locations). Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location. Physical ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 50 pounds or more; work indoors or outdoors as required.
