Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role at a high-volume casual dining upscale concept where standards matter and guests notice the difference. As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a committed team, and drive consistent results across service, food quality, and financial performance. The right candidate brings operational discipline, genuine hospitality instincts, and the ability to develop people while keeping the floor running at its best.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to brand and service standards
• Manage labor and food costs to meet financial targets
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance and support restaurant growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
• Proven ability to lead and motivate hourly teams
• Strong working knowledge of P&L, labor management, and cost controls
• ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
