Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading distributor of commercial fitness equipment, is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join their team in Opa Locka, Florida . If you're organized, proactive, and take pride in delivering quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and store commercial gym equipment
• Plan and prepare daily delivery and installation routes for pending jobs
• Keep trucks clean and ready for the next day's orders and deliveries
• Ensure the crew has all tools needed for each job, ready on time
• Make sure the crew brings the packing list for every job
• Make sure no tools are left behind at client properties, and that no personal belongings are left behind either
• Work collaboratively with a team of 5 people
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations required
• Experience in the fitness/gym equipment industry is a plus
• Strong leadership skills and an innovative, "out-of-the-box" problem solver
• Ability to plan logistics and routes efficiently
• Team player with good communication skills
• Physically able to lift, assemble, and install equipment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
