Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Geriatrics

Shiloh, Sparta & Belleville, Illinois
Client: Outpatient Therapy in Assisted Living Communities

• Outpatient geriatrics in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)
• 100% one-on-one patient care
• Float between three ALF communities in Shiloh, Sparta, and Belleville

• Manageable daily caseload
• Focus on balance training, fall prevention, gait, strengthening, mobility, and functional independence
• No home health visits—patients are treated within the ALF communities
