About This Program: We're seeking motivated college students and recent graduates to join our team through internship and entry-level opportunities. This is your chance to launch your career with a growing, family-owned company that values mentorship, hands-on learning, and real-world impact. Whether you're looking for a summer internship or a full-time role after graduation, we offer exposure to various aspects of our business including project management, operations, design, accounting, and administration. Specific placement will be based on your interests, skills, and our current business needs. Who Should Apply:- Current college students seeking internship experience (summer or year-round)
- Recent graduates (within 1 year) ready to start their careers
- Individuals pursuing degrees in business, engineering, construction management, accounting, or related fields
- Anyone eager to learn about the fire protection and life safety industry
