We are looking for a motivated and reliable Fabrication Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and efficient workspace to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in the fabrication of custom prosthetics under supervision Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals Utilize hand tools and follow precise instructions to ensure the quality of fabrications. Qualifications: Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative spirit A hands-on, motivated individual eager to learn and grow in the field Demonstrated reliability with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools are essential Servant mentality, prioritizing the needs of others and the team Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Keen attention to detail to ensure quality and precision in fabrication Willingness to be on your feet for extended periods and carry up to 35lbs.
