Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing meaningful companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
• Assisting with personal care needs, including showering, bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
• Providing medication reminders
• Supporting mobility needs inside the home and during outings, including doctor appointments and walks
• Planning and preparing nutritious meals
• Assisting with shopping needs or accompanying clients while shopping
• Completing basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting unusual incidents and responding quickly and responsibly in emergency situations
• Encouraging participation in activities that support daily living and overall well-being

The ideal caregiver is compassionate, dependable, patient, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Qualifications include:

• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Two years of prior experience in healthcare or an in-home care setting
• Ability and willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius of your home address
• Ability and willingness to work with both male and female clients
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
• A supportive, compassionate, and professional attitude
