About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as a strategic business partner, leading all HR aspects for a large, multi-state organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the HR function into a strategic business driver, with a focus on workforce optimization, leadership development, culture, compliance, employee engagement, and operational excellence. This executive leader will provide enterprise-wide leadership in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HR operations, compliance, organizational development, and HR technology. The role requires a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, with a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational objectives, and the ability to lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and workplace conflict resolution. Applicants for the VP of HR position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 15 years' progressive HR leadership experience, and at least 10 years leading multi-site healthcare HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and relevant HR certifications, as well as significant experience in employee relations, compliance, benefits management, compensation, and organizational development. Essential functions include serving as a trusted advisor, leading workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws. The role also involves developing and executing HR strategies, leading talent acquisition, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The VP of HR will be expected to lead large-scale organizational change and have a proven track record in highly regulated environments.
