Responsibilities Assistant Managers help lead the restaurant, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit Assistant Managers also lead Departments Managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers Ensuring crew and managers deliver great customer experience, sales promotions are done well, all service staff trained in service procedures, and the Front Counter, McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for the best service Ensuring the restaurant delivers great quality food, safe, cost‑controlled, all kitchen staff trained in production procedures, including new menu items Hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling to meet restaurant sales and profit goals Helping crew get off to a good start and recognizing & motivating them throughout their time Benefits Paid vacation PTO/Sick Time Career growth opportunities available Medical, dental and vision insurance available Quarterly Bonus Program Service awards Free food, YES we said FREE! This manager’s responsibilities may also include making sure Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and that they are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there. Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
