We are seeking ambitious high-performing College students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work one-on-one mentorship executive exposure professional development opportunities volunteer initiatives networking events and collaboration with fellow interns.

Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. Technology Project Management - Intern will support the PMO in coordinating technology initiatives through project planning meeting facilitation status reporting documentation management process improvement and the development of presentations and reports. Working under the guidance of the PMO Manager the intern will gain hands-on experience in project management including risk and issue tracking stakeholder communication governance processes and industry best practices while completing assigned projects and tasks. The internship also includes developing and presenting a capstone project and opportunities to support additional Technology & Operations initiatives providing broader exposure to the banks business and technology functions.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency including Microsoft Office is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidates experience job-related skills relevant education geographic location and other specific business and organizational needs.
