For more information, please visit our website: The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following: Attend and participate in the coordination, logistics, and organization of events and career fairs. Perform full-life-cycle recruitment including phone calls, interviews, follow-ups up to onboarding. Help develop standardized job descriptions Maintain rapport with MMR departments to stay updated on hiring needs. Utilize an Applicant Tracking System to track recruiting processes and workflows. Assist with registering for events, completing invoices, and ordering recruiting items. Travel to district offices, university events, and career fairs as needed.
