What You'll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals. Monitor residents' well-being and report changes in condition to the appropriate team member. Encourage residents' independence while providing the support they need. Engage with residents and help create positive, meaningful moments throughout their day. Work closely with team members to provide personalized, compassionate care. Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and respect at all times. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors. Dependability and flexibility to work on an on-call basis as needed. Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach. A team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment. Previous caregiving or senior living experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training!
