Licensed Clinical Therapist

Health Connect America seeks a Licensed Therapist to provide client-centered behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families across home, office, and community settings. In this role, you will complete assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and community partners, maintain thorough clinical documentation, and provide crisis support when needed.
