Registered Nurse, Emergency Department, Per Diem

Responsibilities Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patient progress and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health‑care strategy plan for each patient. Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes. Apply critical thinking. Strive to exceed patient expectations. Demonstrate interpersonal skills. Scheduled Hours Per Diem Work Shift Per Diem Education Required Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. Licenses, Registrations, Certifications Required State of Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility) BLS Certification Experience Emergency Department experience required. Licenses, Registrations, Certifications Preferred At least one year of nursing experience in an acute or sub‑acute care setting. The pay range listed is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
