Inbound Sales Specialist

Generating revenue through phone sales, the full-time Inbound Sales Specialist will close sales, provide customer support, and ensure a seamless customer experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Influence customers to purchase services and merchandise by following a structured sales process Manage inbound and outbound calls while maintaining effective communication with customers and team members Provide quality internal customer support and follow up with potential customers as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 2+ years of sales or call center experience Telecommunications experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce and other relevant software Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a high degree of self-motivation
