Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description:

Seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to serve at Essentia Living Center, our long-term care facility in Fosston, Minnesota. This RN or LPN works 12-hour shifts, 6 pm to 6 am, an average of 30 hours per week. Every third weekend and a holiday rotation are required. Generous night shift differential - $5.50/hr

LPN ($25.22-$37.83 based on experience):

A care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of primarily elderly patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members. Works both cooperatively and independently, to work efficiently under stress.

• Current LPN licensure in appropriate state(s) of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month
