A growing Middle Tennessee CPA firm is hiring a Tax Manager with a real path to partnership. Hybrid, with most summer Fridays off.What You'll Do:- Manage and review individual, partnership, C-corp, S-corp, trust and nonprofit returns- Lead planning for business owners and their related entities, especially construction and nonprofit clients- Supervise, train and mentor tax staff and seniors- Serve as primary client contact and handle IRS and state correspondence- Help shape the firm's systems, culture and growthWhat You Bring:- 4+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience- CPA preferred; MST a plus- Construction contractor or nonprofit experience preferred- CCH Axcess or similar softwareWhy Join:- Clear path to partnership- Firm-paid health, dental and vision- Hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office)- Most Fridays off in summerInterested?
