Shipping Associate – 1st Shift Location: Mohawk, TN Pay: $17.00/hour Schedule: 1st Shift | 4: 00AM-1: 30PM Shift hours may vary seasonally based on production and shipping demands. Join Our Team! We' re looking for a dependable and motivated Shipping Associate to join a growing warehouse team in Mohawk, TN! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits available upon permanent hire. Job Responsibilities Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments accurately. Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment. Verify order accuracy and inspect products before shipping. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (forklift experience is a plus). Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed. Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shipping area. Follow shipping schedules and meet daily production goals. Complete shipping paperwork and utilize warehouse computer systems or scanners. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Regularly. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable with excellent attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills are a plus.
