The Opportunity: Sales Manager This is a commercially critical role. You’ll be the driver of growth, the voice of the market, and the person who turns industry demand into revenue. From securing anchor exhibitors to closing headline sponsorships, you’ll shape the show’s success and build long‑term relationships across a thriving ecosystem. This is ideal for someone who loves selling solutions, values consultative conversations, and thrives in an environment where ideas and energy matter. Your Impact You will: Sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and digital solutions to both new and established clients. Build and execute a sales strategy designed to hit and exceed commercial targets. Keep a sharp eye on market trends to generate fresh leads and create a strong, sustainable pipeline. Develop long‑term partnerships that span multiple editions of the show. Represent the event at industry gatherings, networking meetups, and client meetings — becoming a recognised face in the sector. Work hand‑in‑hand with marketing, operations, and leadership to deliver an outstanding exhibitor experience. Provide clear forecasts, insights, and competitive intelligence to shape future strategy. Position the show as a must‑attend event for innovators and decision‑makers in the built environment.
