Senior Apartment Maintenance Technician

Birge & Held is seeking a Service Technician III to maintain and repair our 256-unit Chesapeake Landing community in Dayton, OH. The role requires strong technical skills, timely completion of service requests, and teamwork under the Operations Manager. Ideal candidates have HVAC and EPA refrigerant handling certifications, plus at least two years in apartment maintenance.
