Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

This is an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a Labor & Delivery role with additional responsibilities in Med-Surg as needed. The position is at a rural facility with low birth volume, meaning the Labor & Delivery unit may not always have active patients. When L&D is not busy, the RN will be required to float to the Med-Surg department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit.
• Assist with the care of patients in the Med-Surg department when L&D is inactive.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize Meditech for patient charting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery and Med-Surg preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to various patient care settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Uniform Requirements
