Groundskeeper

Amenities AttendantSchedule: Monday - Saturday with flexible 40 hr. work schedule.The Amenities Attendant is a hospitality position responsible for maintaining a safe and clean clubhouse both indoor and out, pool areas, restaurant / cafe indoor and out, and restrooms for residents and guests. Also, other amenity / common areas under the supervision of the Property Manager.Duties and Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Greet and welcome residents in a friendly and professional mannerCleaning and maintaining organization of outdoor furniture, cabanas and daybedsSweeping and or leaf blowing of common areasReport any maintenance issues or malfunctions immediately to the SupervisorRemove trash and clean and sanitize all surfaces within the ClubhouseMaintain the 9-hole putting green and common areas by keeping it free of garbage and debrisComplete daily groundskeeping checklists and assigned tasksEmpty dog park trash receptacles and keep surrounding areas cleanAssist other departments with projects and duties as assignedWork Environment The position will be indoors and outdoors. Moderate noise level.Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less. This position will require long periods of standing and walking, as well as working outdoors. Days and hours will be determined by the property manager or department supervisor.
