$225K–$275K+ base compensation

️ New York City | Hybrid 2 or 3 days in office/week

⏰ Fixed hours — no late nights or weekends

6+ years of BigLaw leveraged finance experience preferred

These are excellent opportunities for 6+ year BigLaw leveraged finance attorneys looking to leverage their expertise outside of traditional law-firm practice.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze and deconstruct complex credit agreements, indentures & covenants

• Produce market-leading research for hedge funds, CLOs, private-credit investors, banks & law firms

• Analyze broadly syndicated and private-credit loans

• Develop thought leadership on leveraged-finance trends and special situations

• Engage directly with sophisticated institutional subscribers

⚖️ NY Bar required for the Senior Covenant Analyst role

A strong opportunity for a leveraged finance lawyer who enjoys deep document analysis, writing, market research and explaining complex transactions and wants to move beyond the traditional billable-hour model.
